- Performed testing on engine fans and engine computer…found that both circuits are intermittently shorting to power…Found damaged wiring from rodent damage. found wires to Engine computer and cooling fan damaged and shorting out…repaired damaged wiring and re-wraped wiring harness properly….fan is working as designed at this time and no further engine lights are coming on.
- clean out screw hole for super charger coolant pipe and resecure coolant pipe.
- Found ambient temperature sensor missing and wires have been cut/torn…recommend to perform wiring repair and install new ambient temperature sensor…ambient temperature sensor is working as designed.
- Replace 3 small coolant connectors hoses on hard pipes…no further coolant leaks from connector hoses.
- Install supplied crossover pipe, no further coolant leaks from crossover pipe at this time.
- STEERING ANGLE SENSOR is faulty – Remove & Replace – and program…no further traction control lights coming on at this time.
- Install front brake pad sensor.
- Left side (drivers) exhaust manifold cracked…right side has already been repaired, advised customer to repair left side in the same way.
