    • Interrogated fault memory and found the following faults codes: *200A-4 Mass air flow sensor *201C-1Self adaptation of mixture formation, too rich. *2049-4 Faulty ignition at several cylinders. *201B-1 Misfire of cylinder #1. *201B-2 Misfire of cylinder #3. *201B-4 Misfire cylinder #4. *201B-8 Misfire of cylinder #2. *2029-1 Self adaptation of mixture formation at rich stop. *2029-2 Self adaptation of mixture at lean stop Suspect major air leak in intake system, performed smoke test, and found smoke leaking from cracked check valve for PCV system…recommend to replace all hoses and check valves for PCV system…customer declined repairs.
    • Recommend to first repair PCV system. Customer declined repairs to PCV system. See above for fault codes.
    • Upon inspection, found coolant pipe (feed line to cylinder head) cracked and leaking (shown to customer)…recommend to replace leaking coolant pipe…customer authorized
    • ENGINE OIL FILTER – Remove & Replace
